Pathumwan Princess Hotel is an upscale hotel at 444 MBK Center on Phayathai Road. It is connected to MBK Center, with its entrance on the second floor, and the hotel’s website describes a skywalk to Siam Paragon.

For the BTS, go to National Stadium station by Exit 4 and then through MBK’s second floor. Allow about 7 minutes for the walk.

Overview

The rooms start with the 33 m2 Deluxe Classic, then the 36 m2 Grand Deluxe, 42 m2 corner and triple rooms. Above these are suites from 67 m2 (Executive and Premier Junior) up to the 155 m2 Pathumwan Terrace Suite, including a 77 m2 One Bedroom Family Suite and a 93 m2 Two Bedroom Family Suite. ExecuPlus Suites are on floors 9 to 14, and Horizon Terrace Suites on the 29th, top floor.

Being joined to MBK Center means shops and food are a lift ride away, and Siam Paragon is reached by the skywalk.

The mix of restaurants and the pool make it a base for people who like to settle in. In hotels near Siam and Chit Lom it is the one at the western end of the strip.

Tip: Use the second-floor entrance and the MBK walkway to National Stadium BTS rather than the street, and ask for a high floor away from Phayathai Road.
