Essentials
Moji Hotel Don Mueang Airport is a budget hotel at 58 Soi Chang Akat Uthit 3, which the hotel’s website describes as a few minutes from Don Mueang International Airport. Treat it as a ride, not a walk: the road to the terminal is not set up for pedestrians, so a taxi or ride-hail is the realistic way to reach it.
Overview
The website lists four room types. Standard, Superior and Deluxe rooms are 28 m2 with a queen bed or two single beds, for up to two adults. The Deluxe Family room is 56 m2 with a queen bed and two single beds, for up to four adults. The differences between the first three are in the tier, not the size.
The hotel has a swimming pool and free parking, which makes it a fair base for a night before a low-cost flight, or for a car left while you travel. In hotels near Don Mueang Airport it is the lowest-cost option, and the right call for a single night. For several nights, the larger hotels in that guide offer more facilities.
Tip: Book a Deluxe Family room if you travel as a group of three or four, since it keeps everyone in one room.
Food and drink
The website says guests have access to restaurants during their stay, without naming them. For meals, plan to eat nearby or in the airport area.
Amenities
The pool and free parking are the two facilities the website lists. If stairs are a problem, ask for a ground-floor room when you book.

Where to stay
Pick the area before the hotel
Traffic and heat make Bangkok distances feel longer than they look on a map, so the area shapes a trip more than the hotel does. Our guides match areas to trip types and explain the trade-offs.
