TENKO Omakase

A Japanese kappo-style omakase counter, with a chef’s-choice multi-course menu built around fresh seafood and prepared in front of diners. It sits in a stand-alone structure in the botanical garden on the lobby level, with limited seating.

Cuisine Unplugged

The all-day dining room, serving international and Thai dishes with a seafood buffet and an a la carte menu, cooked partly in a show kitchen. Breakfast here follows an “Active Breakfast” idea, with four themes: Age Defense, Energy Boost, Balance and Detox.

Machri

A contemporary Thai tasting menu that follows seasonal ingredients. The Junction, a coworking space with barista coffee, and the Pool Bar complete the list.
