According to the hotel’s website, the boat runs from 08:00 to 23:15, and the crossing takes roughly 15 to 20 minutes depending on the source. Check the current timetable before planning an early start or a late return.
Overview
All rooms sit on level 12 and above, so every room is high above the road and has a river view. The categories run from River View to Panorama River View and Skyline River View rooms, with Junior Suites and one- to three-bedroom suites above them. Panorama rooms start on the 16th floor.
A taxi from the lobby reaches Charoennakorn BTS (ICONSIAM) in about 7 minutes. Compared with the other towers in riverside mid-range hotels in Bangkok, this is the one where a river view needs no extra booking choice.
Tip: Do the boat trip once in daylight before relying on it at night, and keep the taxi to Charoennakorn BTS as the backup for when the boat is not running.

Because every room is high up, the lifts are part of every outing, and the boat pier is the main exit. Suites with separate rooms help a longer stay.
