Essentials
Pullman Bangkok Hotel G is a five-star chain hotel at 188 Silom Road, in the Bangrak part of Silom. The nearest station is Chong Nonsi on the BTS Silom Line, a 5-minute walk away according to the hotel’s Accor page.
Chong Nonsi sits one stop from Sala Daeng and two from Saphan Taksin, so the hotel is on the calmer southern stretch of Silom while the main interchanges stay close. Silom Road itself carries heavy taxi and motorbike traffic, which is worth knowing before a late walk back from the station.
Overview
The room style is white and loft-like, which is where the “G” in the name comes from. Deluxe, Premium Deluxe and G Deluxe rooms are about 34 m2 and sit on the 12th to 17th floors, with double or twin beds. Executive and G Club rooms add access to the Executive Lounge. The suites go up to the Corner Suite, about 77 m2 on floors 29 to 35. Most rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows over the city.
This is a tower with a full set of restaurants, a spa and 170 indoor parking spaces, so it reads as a chain hotel with a design look rather than a small boutique. The trade-off against hotels nearer Sala Daeng is a slightly longer walk to the train in exchange for a less central, less busy address. Other options in the district are compared in boutique and design hotels in Bangkok.
Tip: Choose the room category for the lounge, not only the view: breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails with canapes are included only in lounge-access rooms and suites.
Food and drink
Scarlett Wine Bar & Restaurant
Scarlett is a French restaurant and bar on the 37th floor, with a view toward the Chao Phraya River according to the hotel’s website. It suits a dinner with a view, and the lift ride is the only effort involved.
25 Degrees Burger Bar
An American-style burger restaurant that the hotel says runs 24 hours and serves all-day breakfast. Useful after a late arrival or when jet lag has scrambled mealtimes.
TIVA Bangkok, Urban Thaittoria
A Thai-Italian restaurant that also serves the breakfast buffet. Playground, in the lobby, handles coffee and pastries, and the Pool Bar serves drinks and snacks beside the pool.
Amenities
The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool with its own bar, a fitness centre and the G Spa, which the hotel describes as pairing ancient therapies with modern wellness. Spa and laundry services are charged separately.
Guests in lounge-access rooms use the Executive Lounge for breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails, a quiet base for slower days.
Parking is included, with 170 indoor spaces, and the hotel puts the airports at roughly a 40-minute drive.

Where to stay
Pick the area before the hotel
Traffic and heat make Bangkok distances feel longer than they look on a map, so the area shapes a trip more than the hotel does. Our guides match areas to trip types and explain the trade-offs.
